Have this behaviour to be more confident

They welcome you with a smile on their face. They have a strong but firm handshake. They are always dressed well and groomed. They keep their eye contact when speaking to you. Arm akimbo. This is the superman-like pose with one or two arms. This shows confidence. They stand straight, instead of slouching their back. They are the first person to speak up and the first to ask questions. Stop these bad habits to succeed in life

1. Waking Up Early If you are currently waking up at 5 or 6 a.m. and running off of only 5–6 hours of sleep… STOP. I don’t care if Richard Branson and Gary Vee wake up at 5 a.m. If you aren’t getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night, then you are killing your brain and ruining your chances of achieving the success that you desire. Do ANY of these things really matter in the long run? Does it really make a ...

I intended to find the most efficient and effective ways to finish the things I HAD to do, so I can have more time to do the things I WANT to do. The reason I continued to explore this topic is rather simple — The skill of using your time efficiently is among the most crucial ones you can master. There isn’t anything else in life (unless you are born with a silver spoon in your mouth) that can give you as much advantage and ability to design a life you want, so you can achieve the goals you have. Over the years I intentionally continued to research and experiment with the best productivity systems successful people use and became pretty good at it. By following this mindset and using various productivity techniques in different areas of my life — health, university, career, entrepreneurship...
